What is Smile On Saturday? It is a group on Flickr*, similar to FlickrFriday, but this one is more about fun. You post an image to go with the prompt on Saturday and add it to the group. 

The rules are simple: 

• NEW UPLOADS ONLY: This means images added to Flickr after the announcement of the theme. (it doesn’t matter when you took the photo)
• Please read the entire text for the prompt and follow the theme rules.
• OPENING HOURS: This group will be open from Friday 10pm/22.00 to Saturday 10pm/22.00 (Central European Time).
• Click here for the right time:  CET. Pictures taken after the theme was announced.
• You have one week to take your pictures.
• Add the proper tags to your pictures.

This month’s prompts were somewhat unusual. Are they running out of ideas?

I misread the prompt and instructions (see the second bullet point above), and this photo was rejected by the group administrator, though it was popular enough to be chosen by Explore! So, all in all, everything worked out quite well, don’t you think?
